The spray gun operator has three ways to adjust the spraying state of the spray gun:

1. Adjust the shape and size of the spray fan through the fan adjustment valve;

2. Adjust the flow of paint through the paint regulating valve;

3. Adjust the inlet pressure and air volume through the air pressure regulating valve.

Air pressure regulating valve

① If the inlet pressure is too high, you can turn the air pressure regulating valve clockwise to reduce the air pressure of the spray gun to the standard value specified by the manufacturer.

②If the air inlet pressure is too small, the air pressure of the gun can be increased to the standard value specified by the manufacturer by rotating the air pressure regulator valve in a counterclockwise direction.

Sector control valve

The rotary fan adjustable valve can be used to increase the spray width at the time of manufacture.

The rotary fan valve can be adjusted to reduce the spray pattern.

Paint control valve

(1) The paint control valve can increase the stroke of the gun to increase the flow of paint.

Rotate the paint regulating valve to reduce the gun's filling stroke and hence the paint flow rate.

The general adjustment method of the spray gun is as follows:

1. Check the spray gun

1) Check the pores on the paint tank to ensure that there is no dirt clogging and keep it unblocked.

2) Check the sealing ring and connection parts on the spray gun to ensure that there is no paint leakage.
