There are many types of hydraulic jacks, such as traditional mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic. Different types of jacks are used and operating precautions are not the same. The principles of mechanical and pneumatic jacks are simple to observe and intuitive, so what are the precautions for using hydraulic jacks?
When the hydraulic jack is in the lifting operation, it is necessary to select a hydraulic jack with a suitable tonnage: the load can not be overloaded, and the load of the hydraulic jack must be greater than 1.2 times the weight of the weight; the minimum height of the hydraulic jack is suitable, in order to facilitate removal, use The minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be in accordance with the clearance at the bottom of the weight. When the sleeper supports the heavy object during the lifting and falling process, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the sum of the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper.
If multiple hydraulic jacks are used to lift the same equipment, the same type of hydraulic jack should be selected, and the sum of the rated lifting weight of each hydraulic jack shall not be less than 1.5 times the weight of the equipment.
The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use, and the parts should be checked for sensitivity and damage. Do not remove the quick connector when there is a load to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.
The hydraulic jack should be placed flat before use, not tilted, and the bottom should be leveled to prevent the hydraulic jack from tilting or overturning due to the sinking of the foundation or the deviation of the load. A tough pillow or steel plate can be placed on the bottom of the hydraulic jack to expand Pressure-bearing area, so as to avoid accidents caused by falling or sliding; do not use oily wood or steel plate as a liner to avoid slipping when force is applied, and a safe accident; the position where heavy objects are lifted must be a safe and solid part. Anti-damage equipment
When using a hydraulic jack, first try to lift a part of the heavy object first, carefully check that the hydraulic jack is normal, and then continue to lift the heavy object (hydraulic jack). If the backing plate is found to be uneven or not strong or the hydraulic jack is tilted after being compressed, the hydraulic jack must be decompressed to return, and the front can be handled in time to operate again.
During the lifting process, the safety sleeper frame should be laid under the hydraulic jack in time as the weight rises from time to time to prevent the hydraulic jack from tilting or causing the sudden drop of the piston to cause an accident. When lowering the heavy object, gradually pull out the sleeper. The distance between the sleeper and the weight should not exceed the thickness of a sleeper to prevent accidents!
If the lifting height of the heavy object needs to exceed the rated height of the hydraulic jack, you need to put the sleepers under the heavy object lifted by the hydraulic jack, lower the hydraulic jack, raise the bottom, and repeatedly lift until the required lifting height.
Hydraulic jacks cannot be used as eternal support equipment. If long-term support is required, a support part should be added under the heavy object to ensure that the hydraulic jack is not damaged.
If only one hydraulic jack is used to lift one end of the heavy object, the hydraulic jack should be placed on the symmetry axis of the heavy object, and the direction of the length of the hydraulic jack base and the direction in which the weight is easy to fall should be different. If two hydraulic jacks are used at one end of the weight, the direction of the base should be slightly symmetrical and placed on both sides of the axis of symmetry of the weight.
When two or more hydraulic jacks are used for lifting operations at the same time, unified command, harmony and differences, and simultaneous lifting are required.
The hydraulic jack should be stored in a dry and dust-free center, not suitable for use in workplaces with acid, alkali, corrosive gas, and not to be placed outdoors in the sun and rain! The operation should strictly abide by the technical standards, and the user should check and maintain it regularly according to the operating conditions.
